Shipping and Returns



To minimise the health risk, please note that all parcels will no longer require a signature on delivery within Australia. You will still require to be present for the parcel to be delivered.

For international orders via DHL, no signature will be required however you must be present in order for your parcel to be delivered. Please note that DHL are experiencing an extra 1-2 working day delays on all parcels.

Australia Post has advised that all international shipments are currently experiencing delays due to overseas travel restrictions. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks on all parcels sent via international standard shipping.


ALKAM uses Australia Post and Sendle for all domestic shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which will be sent to your selected email address.

All deliveries must be signed for unless you have provided permission to deliver without signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. ALKAM is not held liable in the event that the package goes missing, and will not be able to refund or resend another order.

ALKAM is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. Please note that there may be delays during heavy sale periods. Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.



ALKAM uses Australia Post for standard international shipping, and DHL for express international shipping.

International shipments may be subject to additional duties, customs or taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. These are at the customer’s expense.  

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only, and may be influenced by factors beyond ALKAM’s control, for example, customs and quarantine processing requirements, weekends and public holidays.

We are currently unable to delivery jewellery to Russia as they are not accepted through Russian customs. For Russian/Russian Federation orders, we can only ship to businesses addresses only, no private addresses are acceptable.

We currently do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international shipping.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 


If you are not happy with your product, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase under the below provisions:

  • Must be within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items must be kept in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unused, with all garment tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Clearance items (on sale for at least 70% off) do not qualify for a refund unless deemed faulty or damaged. 

ALKAM recommends trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received to ensure a smooth return process.

We do not offer returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

ALKAM reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not adhere with the Returns Policy as stated above. In the situation that your goods are not accepted, it will be returned to you without a refund or exchange given.


Return Process

Please review our return policy above before proceeding.

  1. Contact ALKAM at within 30 days of receiving your order. Please specify your order number and item/s to be returned or exchanged.
  2. Once you have emailed and have been notified that you’re eligible, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and return instructions. Please note this number on the returns form. Items received that do not have a valid RA# will not be eligible for return.
  3. Please ensure the item(s) for return, its packaging, and the Returns Form are included in the package. We recommend using a reputable delivery service like Australia Post or DHL to ensure your item is received safely and undamaged. ALKAM is not liable for damaged or loss of garments in transit.
  4. Once your item clears inspection, you will receive your exchange, credit note or refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the account you used to make your purchase, and within 5-7 days from when your return was received.

ALKAM reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns or exchanges that do not meet our returns policy.

Please note that the refund could take longer to show in your account depending on your bank.


Credit Notes

Store Credit may also be issued at the customer’s request.  This will be the same value of the item being credited, and will last one year from date of issue. Credit Notes take up to 7 business days to process.


Faulty products

Quality products are important to us. If in the situation you have received a faulty item, we will gladly organise a repair, replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
